Nedan en kopia på ett mejl som kom idag om boende under “REMATCHEN”
Dom har reserverat 2 hus för oss men vill nu veta vem som kommer.

Recently you’ve had contact with Roger about the accomodation at Camping Bad Hoophuizen in Hulshorst for the first week of May in 2010 for the rematch between Sweden and Holland.
Roger is pretty busy with his work at this moment, so I’m taking over.
We have -as Roger probably explained- arranged a prereservation for 2 holliday-cottages and the Marinahoeve.
This prereservation will end coming Monday the 30th. of November.So it’s important now before coming monday to know if,and how many of you want to use this prereservation.
We -as a team- can’t take the risk to pay for the final reservation.
Therefore its important to find somebody in Sweden who is willing to take over the prereservation and make a finalreservation.Can you let me know within a few days what the opportunities are?
(Ortherwise I will end the prereservation at mondaymorning at 10.00 pm)Best regards,

De ä väl bara att alla betaler in på ett konto(någons) och varje inbetalare anger vem det är från.. Blir det för få som betalar in så betalas allt tillbaka..

På min fråga om dom hade något preliminärt program svarade Roel så här:

We have a concept idea, but we need to discuss it with the campsite and sponsors:We want to combine the rematch with the first FSM of 2010: so participants rematch are automatically participants FSM
FSM is planned on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd of May 2010
Concept Program 30-04-2010 till 06-05-2010:Friday, 30/04/2010
noon: arrival participants SWE/NL and arrival participants FSM (participants from NL throughout the May holidays are there already) evening: registration participants SWE/NL and welcome participants SWE/NLSaturday, 01/05/2010
morning: registration participants FSM noon: skippersmeeting FSM / (FSM theme in coming weeks) / clinic in groups with team telstar and MVM evening: bbq + photos / video / FSM awardsSunday, 02/05/2010
all day: demo material 2010 importers / when possible testing equipment 2010 / clinic gps software / clinic fins etc.Monday, 03/05/2010
all day: rematch SWE/NLTuesday, 04/05/2010
all day: rematch SWE/NLWednesday, 05/05/2010
all day: rematch SWE/NLThursday, 06/05/2010
all day: rematch SWE/NL
evening buffet
closing rematch / awardsdetails:
1. participants swe / nl do automatically participate FSM
2. on Saturday 1 and Sunday, May 2 fixed location at Veluwemeer near Bad Hoophuizen
3. from Monday 3 tm May 6 may no wind or lesse wind: exiled to other surfing locations in The Netherlands
4. no wind on Saturday May 1st, and enough wind on Sunday May 2: will turn program FSM: except bbq
5. depending on wind levels: there are 1 or 2 days reserve days (monday till thursday) for sailing rematch swe / nlfurther details in coming weeks evening program in coming weeks program needs approval campsite
we try to organize lunch and/or dinnerservice for some days costs per participant in coming weeks organisation by team Windsurfpot (= fsm-team) in cooparation with http://WWW.GPS-Speedsurfing.com
So Janne, this is the concept idea…..

As you know the FSM is always a nice event to attend.

Hi Janne,
The best way to make a final reservation is to contact Interchalet in Germany.
They rent out the accomodations on the campsite.
They have given me a prereservation for free till 30-11-2009
After that date they only want to make final reservations.So if you have, for example, 6 people that want to come; the can rent together one cottage. One of those people needs to
make te final reservation by Interchalet, and take the risk.
I dont know of paying back of money is possible by less people….Roel

Jag syftade på att betala till någon svensk först, typ dig Badjanne eller någon annan.. När tillräckligt många betalat för en stuga så bokas den, och när tillräckligt många betalat för ytterligare en stuga så bokas den..

Ja de va ju en bra tanke men jag är just nu på väg till Fuerteventura för lite vinterträning.
Kanske någon annan är villig att ställa upp.
Förhandsbokningen går ju ut om ett par dagar. -
Tanken är alltså att alla åker 1 vecka?
Vad kostar kalaset, boende, startavgifter osv?
Samåker vi med släpkärror eller liknande?
