One of the posts on the dutch kiteforum was about choosing a kitesurf holiday destination based on wind consistency. The period of interest was mid November to mid October.
I thought I might as well share it for Swedish friends because the same destinations seem popular with the Swedes.
The statistic: % of time during the day with 11-25 knots of wind in a good direction:
Combuco, Brazil 98%
Sao Vicente, Cape Verde 97%
Noumea, New Caledonia 83%
Gnaraloo, W Australia 80%
Sakalava Bay, Madagascar 63%
Boracay, Philipines 44%
Tarifa 30%
